Finding your PURPOSE & my BIG vision for next year

This year has been huge for me in terms of grounding into who I am. I’ve set up a tonne of foundations, I’ve focused on inner work and discovered a whole new level of safety in my business. Now, I’m ready to make maximum impact in 2023. 

 

People often feel guilty if their business isn’t always in growth phase. But there are different cycles in business that we all need to embrace. This year for me was a cocoon phase of being introspective, owning my authority, creating courses and programs and doing the groundwork to carry my business into the future. And because I’ve focussed so deeply on the foundations, next year feels like the rebirth. 

 

Today I’m sharing my BIG vision for next year and how I’m gearing up to make a huge impact. I’ll be focusing on longevity, quality and creating longform content that can be repurposed in so many different ways. 2023 is the year where I will be more visible than ever!

 

I also talk about finding your purpose, which is all about reconnecting with the truest version of you. I talk about how to go about doing this by tapping into your intuition, creating space and setting an intention for the frequency you’re choosing to operate at in 2023. 

 

Next year will be whatever you choose to make it. I know for me and my business, it’s going to be BIG.

From almost giving up her biz to going ALL IN with Emilee from @thegiftinghouse_

Emilee’s business, The Gifting House, is a beautiful bespoke company helping to make corporate gifting a fun and enjoyable experience. We talk about leaving her full time job and the mindset shifts and subconscious beliefs she unlocked to be able to take this huge step. Emilee talks about working through self sabotage, people pleasing, the fear of not making money and how our work together in BFL helped her collapse time, make huge progress and see amazing results. 

 

We talk about what Emilee’s business looked like before we started working together and what it is now. She went from feeling burnt out, stuck in her business and not having any space to grow to creating a business that’s profitable, sustainable and flexible. Emilee talks about some of the shifts she made, including setting boundaries, creating new structure in her business and unpacking the subconscious beliefs that were holding her back.

How I make Business INVESTMENT decisions that have nothing to do with how much money I have

Investing in yourself is one of the most important things you can do when it comes to running a successful business. But how many times have you seen a course or program that you’d love to invest in, but feel deflated when you find out how much money it costs?

 

Since starting out in business, I’ve always made it a priority to invest in my own expansion but I’ve never made my investment decisions based on how much money I have in the bank. That’s because I approach investments from the perspective of what I will gain, not how much money I will lose.  

 

In this episode, I’m sharing 3 things I always do to help make my business investment decisions. I talk about how I check in with my mindset to see if I’m coming from a place of self doubt, lack and fear, or from a deep belief that I am ascending to the next level. When we make a decision from a place of expansion, that is where the magic happens.

 

I talk about some of the investments I’ve made this year and what I’m investing in next year for even more expansion. I also talk about how understanding my Human Design helps me make decisions that are truly in alignment for me. 

 

It’s not always easy - every investment I’ve made has felt scary! But instead of sitting in scarcity mindset and focusing on the dollar amount, meet yourself at your edge and trust that the investment will pay off in greater levels of confidence, expanded mindset, and taking your business to that next level.  

 

Out of all the investments I’ve made in my business, I’ve not regretted one because when you approach investments with intention, you cannot lose. The only thing that you can invest in with guaranteed returns every single time is YOU.

Teresa’s business is Style Creative Co and she teaches people how to use Human Design for marketing and branding their businesses. With a background in publishing, marketing and advertising, Teresa has been in the design industry for 20 years. During her time in BFL, she decided to combine her career expertise and passion for Human Design to serve her clients in a brand new way.

We talk about what Teresa’s business looked like before and after her experience in Business For Life and the fears and mindset shifts she experienced during this transitional time. By taking the leap to follow her passion, Teresa has unlocked more time, more freedom and more joy in her life and business. It’s been so incredible to watch her lean into the teaching in BFL, take leaps and expand her business in alignment with her passion.

Business Freedom: How I make money without working - $150k & only 40hrs of work for the entire year 🤯

After enjoying some amazing time away on my retreat and relaxing with family, I realised the huge freedom and flow I’ve created in my business. I feel like I’ve unlocked the key to creating a successful business, without sacrificing my lifestyle or health AND making more money than I ever thought possible. Today I’m breaking down some of the tangible ways I’ve structured my business for massive income, without having to work around the clock. 

During my time away, I spent NO time selling or promoting anything, and yet sales kept rolling in. In fact, in that week alone, I brought in over $20k in brand new sales. No hustle, no stress, just money flowing in because of the way I’ve structured my business. 

The first step in creating a freedom based business like this is to have a limitless fantasy land mindset. Who says you need to make realistic goals? Dream BIG… and then dream a little bigger! I share how my business model, pricing and income streams all depend on my strong mindset so that self sabotage and limiting beliefs don’t get in the way. 

I also talk about building deep relationships with my clients and opening up new opportunities for people to work with me. Having multiple offers on the table not only brings in new clients but also allows existing clients to find new ways of working with me. That’s why it’s so important to keep showing up and nurturing your clients in a genuine way.
