It really does begin with setting the right foundations in your business before building on them, instead of jumping straight into marketing and sales.

Most of the time they are leaving it up to chance… The problem is, there is a good chance you may not reach your goals, or if you do, then you are burnt out and completely exhausted.
One of my 1:1 coaching clients recently came to me because she was extremely burnt out, working more than ever, making some good money but she had no room for growth, and no energy left!
She felt stuck inside her own business, with nowhere to go… So I helped her restructure her business, pricing and income structure to allow her to not only grow her income but also to give her more time freedom back and just last month she had her first Friday off in 3 years!!
The biggest mistakes I see business owners make is:
Feeling like if you invest more time, you will make more sales and grow – this is a MYTH!
