It’s that time of year and what a year it has been! The end of the year is always a great reminder to reflect back on the year that’s passed to highlight the lessons learned and appreciate all you’ve achieved.

In this episode, I wanted to share my year in review, my learnings, my growth and to celebrate my wins with you too! I started this year out with the intention to have more balance and I’ve had some huge shifts both personally and in my business.

From selling my business and building a house to hosting sold out retreats and navigating through some really stressful situations, it’s been a big year.
